We direct bill most major insurers when possible to simplify your visit. Because each plan is unique, coverage and co-pays vary based on your employer’s policy and your plan year. After we complete your exam and create a treatment plan, we’ll provide an estimate and explain any out-of-pocket amounts before care begins.

- If Direct Billing Isn’t Available For Your Carrier Or Procedure, We’ll Provide A Detailed Receipt For Quick Reimbursement.
In-House Payment Plans (0% Short-Term)
To make care more manageable, we offer short-term 0% in-house payment plans on approved treatment. Plans are designed for predictable, shorter timeframes and simple split payments. We’ll confirm eligibility and the schedule after your clinical exam and treatment plan.

Third-Party Financing (LendCare & iFinance)
For larger or longer treatments, we can help you apply to third-party financing providers such as LendCare and iFinance (Dentalcard). Approvals, interest rates, and terms are determined solely by the financing provider. We’ll outline your treatment, supply supporting documents as needed, and help you choose a payment schedule that fits your budget if approved.
